    Hello,

    Is there a way to fix the slider on mobile for the eCommerce Gem Plus Theme. Whenever we are viewing the website on mobile the slider slides past most of the products and does not function properly.

    Hi @J

    It looks like you have not updated theme to latest version. Current version of the theme is 1.0.5

    We have fixed product slider issue at this version.

    If you are using latest version and still see issue please provide us your site URL.

    We will check it and provide you proper solution.

    We are worried that if we update we will lose all custom css. Is there a way to fix the slider without updating? http://nuleafnaturals.com

    Hi @J

    Have you changed any core file of the theme? If you have changed core file of the theme those changes will be lost on theme update.

    If you have not changed anything but added custom CSS from Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS than that CSS will not be affected by theme update.

    If you have changed core file, it will be better to keep backup of your files and update theme and replace changed files after complete update.

    We recommend you to create child theme and make changes to prevent loss during theme update.

    We have done pretty extensive changes to the theme. Is there any way we can fix the slider without replacing the theme with an updated theme?

    Hi @J

    You can download the latest theme and find the latest-products.php file in includes/widgets folder.

    If you have not changed this file before, you can replace the whole file.

    If you have changed it, you can replace code from line 51 to 85.

    Hope this will work for you.

    My slider doesnt look like the demo version, I cannot find where the advanced options are

    We are using Slider Revolution plugin for the slider on the demo of eCommerce Gem Plus theme.

    Slider Revolution is premium plugin which you need to buy from Envato.

    Please click here to purchase this plugin.

    Once you purchase it, go to wp-admin, install plugin and use its shortcode.
